NEED A CLEAR INFO ON WHERE TO CONTACT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITHT E PRODUCT AND WHERE OR HOW THE SAME CAN BE REPAIRED, RECTIFIED OR REPLACED. THE POWER ADAPTER IS IS NOT WORKING... AND DUE TO THIS I AM NOT ABLE TO USE THE PRODUCT...
The beater broke in the groove after a couple months with very gentle use. Not able to screw it now. The whole thing is useless to me as they aren't even selling spare parts. It was great till it lasted. I even gifted it to someone as I liked it so much.

Five stars are less for this product. Super duper solution to beat your coffee. I have seen no other product even near to this quality. Does exactly what it is meant for and gives a perfect beaten coffee blend. Very good build quality and works in no time. A complete mixture of power and durability. Super easy to use and clean. Beats great coffee ecen if it only for one cup.

The product is of a very decent size, so you can store it anywhere in your kitchen. It is a very handy product when it comes to making coffee for a large batch.Being the price of 1,180/- I don’t think one should give bad reviews of a product being made of Plastic. At this price, you are getting a great machine already and if by mistake the jar falls there are fewer chances for it to break. Other users are just giving useless reviews of a product being made of plastic material, at this price one can’t offer you tough glass! If anyone is offering it for such a price then that Glass will be of pathetic quality with a very fragile nature.So there's no such problem with the product being made of plastic. Found this product very useful. Not giving 5 Stars ‘cause I think Machine could have supported some kind of Charging option so that one can cause the same even if there’s a power cut in one's locality.

Less mess for coffee lovers...I was very frustrated by using unreliable frothers where you need to recharge them every now and then.This machine has made the coffee beating job easy. You just need to add coffee, sugar and water in equal amount, run it for 3-4mns and thats it. You can make a thick mix or a loose mix basis on water composition.The best part about machine is less mess during cleaning and ease if use.I would still see its price on a bit upper side, ideally it should be priced around Rs 700-800.
